Synopsis: Client purchased pre-existing social network package. Software was heavily deficient in several areas and had substantial bugs and programming issues. Mirz-Jiles did substantial re-programming to effectuate smooth site operation. Heavy modification of site color-scheme and layout was done to provide a pleasing environment and easier-to-use operation. A forum system previously used by client was incorported into the design and customized to provide a one-step registration for both site and forum. Internal menus were redesigned to provide users with easier access to software features. A profile preview system was developed, as well as porting of dozens of templates for use with the package. Additional content, including a trouble ticket system and shoutbox were also incorporated, as well as new content provided by website. A customized "nudge" system is currently in development for incorporation into the site.
